Pros
I love working at Philz because of the strong company culture -- I've worked at several locations and each one has given me great friends and teammates as well as awesome customer interactions. There is so much personality in a Phliz store!
Cons
I had three store leads in my first year but it was part of a larger transitionary plan for the location so while it was challenging I wouldn't say that is typical of a Philz location
