Great pay, subpar management - Barista Philz Coffee Employee Review

Upper management (store lead) is shaky and puts on a front of wanting to help. Initially tries to help but then takes away store hours when people still come up to the doors (at least 10 or so in the extra hour at night); missed opportunity there. Gives their own store employees our store hours rather than someone else at our store who needs it.
