Barista and Extraordinary human - Cashier/Barista Philz Coffee Employee Review

I say "Extraordinary human" because a barista's position is not what people would normally consider a lofty or satisfying job but at Philz I was treated as if my job were as important as anyone else in the city. I was working there while doing graduate work and they were respectful supportive and last but not least gave a product to the community that the workers could all believe in and offer with pride. I don't think this could be said of all coffee shops, especially chains but Philz is an exceptional place to work if you are a barista.
