Honest Inside Look - Barista Philz Coffee Employee Review

Basically everything about management. Very disorganized and wishy washy. Poor job at handling employee concerns. Expanding too quickly to maintain quality of workplace for current employees. I would not recommend if you're looking for a customer service job that you don't have to take home with you. Company takes themselves far too seriously in an attempt to feel significant. As a result employees behavioral patterns and personality types will be overly policed for job title and measly salary. Not much room for growth within company although they like to tell everyone otherwise.
