Upbeat, cool customers, free coffee. Day goes by fast when it's busy. 50 percent off of beans. That's about it
Cons
Eight hour shifts can be exhausting; it's hard to be up beat and friendly for that long of a stretch. I really think that the pay doesn't justify the amount of work Philzs' employees perform. 600 dollars every two weeks just don't cut it in the Bay Area.
