      Pros

      The Employee's and Managers seem welcoming at first. You get paid minimum wage and get some extra tips. We do not close late and sometimes if you get shifts in the early morning, you have your whole day ahead of you. You can request time off and call out for emergencies.

      Cons

      There is no transparency with the management and the baristas. The employees and management have personal issues with each other.
