No accountability whatsoever so employees can be super late to work, call out frquently, or slack off with no consequences and the workers who actually care about their job have to pick up the slack. They don't promote from within so even f you work hard you will be passed up for a promotion and they will hire someone from the outside. Bad moral and incompetent management.
