      Wonderful benefits including bonuses, payouts, good salary Abundance of professional development and training opportunities and growth plans.

      Cons

      There is very poor work-life balance for teachers and leaders. Most times, instructions are cascaded at last minutes notice with no reaction time (resulting to you doing the “catch-up” work at home).
