      -competitive salary -co-payment for doctor visits -diverse group of children (depends on the location of your centre actly) -good colleagues

      Cons

      -high staff to child ratio (ecda sets at 1:8 for PG, and we follow that exactly) and sometimes no extra help arranged -lots of paperwork -can be hard to cope physically/mentally

      Ample training provided. Career progression opportunities are also available. Pay package is competitive.

      Work load can be quite intensive and fast paced.
