      salary paid on time....that is all

      Cons

      high expectations when we are being paid peanuts compared to other industry. no wifi to do our things, constantly being watched 24/7...rather invest in getting each teacher a phone so that we are unable to use our personal mobile devices than to get ICT for children's learning.
