Pros
- Good staff benefits - Guided curriculum for 4 to 6 years old - Freedom to create lessons/activities for 3 years and below. - Good opportunity to start EC journey as a lot of exposure given i.e. spark, project, QCCR etc
Cons
- paperwork overload, used up weekends and sometimes leaves to complete - no work-life balance - centre too much politics - too much expectations from company, affected children's learning due to prioritising unncessary stuffs from company.
