Heavy work load. You have to work on weekend to finish all your work. Teaching and learning are no longer effective with the amount of workload assigned to you. You have to do a lot of documentation, take up external projects, a lot of display to be put up, have to take committee role(such as first aid, staff welfare) , need to do teacher’s roster, 8 domains of portfolios (anecdotal and checklist)
