Pros
- Nice colleagues - NTUC, so it focus more on social and well being of Singaporean - Slightly relax and less demanding company - Most of the time able to go back home at official knock off hours. - Lots of events / team building activities (not Holiday type)
Cons
- Depends on your luck, follow a good boss then alright. If a mean or disoriented boss, then good luck to you - HR is messy and irresponsible, only focus on getting teachers but ignore all feedback and comments => Lips services - As NTUC group of companies, support to be pro family, yet this is one of the worst in NTUC Group, doesn't support work life balance(select a time to come and go and have to stick with it. Not flexible), doesn't allow work from home even though government and other NTUC group of companies already working on it. - Status as Enterprise but function like a SME => One word "Messy". No system, very disoriented. - The GMM = VVIP , some of them were expected to be serve like a king and some works very disoriented. Which explain why it was messy from top to bottom. - Due to the nature of less demanding culture, it also host a lot of lazy people who only try to push away any extra work and only do sufficiently to survive.
