Great benefits and organization has a strong sense of organizational development. As a AOP, there are requirements to peg salary base to market norm and definitely one of the market leaders in terms of annual total cash.
Cons
Mid management stifle the growth of the organization. They do not have the prerogative to make decisions and are often the main reason why employees resign.
