McLarens is a modern flexible workplace that lets their employees do their jobs. There's no micro-managing. You're given the space and the resources to do your best work.
Cons
Unfortunately, being part of the insurance industry means that our work often comes from catastrophe. It's sometimes a hard circle to square that the success of this business is based on something going wrong. But the other side of that coin is that we're there for people, businesses and communities when they need us most.
