Pros
Family culture, open door management style. Management is open to working from home proposal. Sympathetic & understanding management who takes family issues into account. All these may no longer hold true if the country manager changes
Cons
High workload, high KPI. Expected to always be contactable. No formal training provided, mainly learning on the go. Hence, heavily dependent on the person being assigned to. Communication on required KPI is poor from HQ and there are times where the adjuster is caught by surprised by the KPI.
