This is also seen in the calibre of staff that are attracted to McLarens. There are many highly skilled and well-respected employees willing to guide and mentor whenever required. As a long-term employee I have always felt like a valued and respected member of the team. The flexible work from home policy helps maintain a healthy work-life balance and means I can take time out for family or personal commitments, if necessary without being made to feel guilty. As the company continues to grow, so do the opportunities for career progression across all areas. McLarens are continually developing and improving their products and processes.
