Pros
Good for refreshers who do not have a job. They also have nice people to work with. Just don't get too attached. Get the experience early on and jump ship already.
Cons
The CEO would verbally abuse anyone in front of everyone. He would not stop even though the employee he was berating was already crying. Every time he yells at someone, all of us would squirm, shuffle uncomfortably, and pinch our lips in disgust. It's a horrifying scene to see and if you're weak-hearted, you will not last long there. Thus, the high turnover rate.
