      - Employee benefits like good 401(k), free T passes, etc - Lots of professional development experiences and they will sponsor you - Community feeling, plenty of free food, events, and team building is encouraged - Intellectually stimulating environment

      - University pay is not that high - Bureaucracy/politics of a large university can interfere
