      Autonomy, easy to build projects, extensive research resources. Faculty are strong in all fields, sciences and social sciences. Great fringe benefits: glass blowing, aviation, sailing, etc.

      Cons

      Internal tech infrastructure is often outdated. Elaborate procedures for grant approval.
