      Pros

      Excellent benefits, intelligent coworkers, lots of support available for employees for both work and life issues, large and well-funded enough to allow people in my department to do one job instead of three each.

      Cons

      Sometimes I secretly wonder if I'm smart enough to be working here! Seriously, though, I haven't yet found any major cons.
