Pros
Working on cutting edge technology. Looks really good on a resume. Access to lots of employee benefits to include cell phone discounts and commuter discounts.
Cons
Maybe it's just the place that I work but I am grossly underpaid. That being said my review is coming up in a few months and I plan on letting them know how the rest of the community is being paid.
