Bad HR politics and burocratic IT - Business Analyst Lojas Renner Employee Review

HR politics are just bizarre: you can't go back to the company once you quit or been fired (not even if you are a badass professional); VPs, directors, and managers are more concerned with micro-managing than strategics. The IT is slow and old and doesn't want to chance at all. If you think you'll be out of this company with a lot of awesome projects to show off, forget about it. You're most likely going to engage 3 mildly sized projects a year. And I didn't mention: it's 44h a week, never seen that before on IT.
