Pros

There is a huge amount of support throughout the company whether it's from a mentor, colleagues or managers there's always someone on hand to help. You are not micro managed and coming from a self employed environment I have found this to be fantastic as the transition into being employed hasn't been too dissimilar to what I have been used to. The work environment is inclusive & welcoming.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the hours are quite long, however in my role there is no evenings or weekends so I cant really call it a con.
