Pros

There aren’t any that I can think of sadly

Cons

Pay is the worst in the business Support non existent Always short staffed and everyone over worked leading to unhappy staff so awful environment. Better paid jobs with other companies. I would not recommend Leaders. Seen many staff leave within the first few months as they can’t believe the amount of work they are expected to do with no support. Look elsewhere you will be much happier.

It help me a lot during my student years I was earning
