Pros

If you are not of ethnic origin you will be welcomed.

Cons

There is no diversity in team and you are made to feel like an outsider if you are of colour. Management structure is poor and adequate training is not provided. The company will just get rid of you if you are of colour despite raising issues of the treatment you received. Managers would fake appointments and get away with it leaving new starters by themselves.
