We continuously evaluate our pay and benefits packages to ensure they remain competitive and meet the needs of our employees and in line with market benchmarking. Regarding your advice to management, we appreciate your suggestion to communicate processes and approach a bit earlier in the onboarding phase. We understand that having a clear understanding of the processes and goals from the outset can help new employees feel more connected and aligned with the company's objectives. Over the past 12 months we have been improving our tenant onboarding portal to enhance this part of the journey.
