It's wonderful to hear that you feel rewarded for your hard work, as we believe in recognising and valuing our employees' efforts. Your advice to management is valuable, and we appreciate your suggestion to be close on the office floor to better understand the challenges that our staff face. Since publishing our commitments following our 2022 Employee Engagement Survey, we launched a Host a Director Programme, where our senior Directors have been visiting branches to work towards finding fresh ideas to enhance productivity and support our employees.
