3yThank you for sharing your thoughts and providing us with valuable feedback. We appreciate your positive comment about the great team environment and the fast-paced nature of our work. However, we are deeply sorry to hear about the negative experiences you've had.
We had also identified improvements that were needed and have already taken steps to improve our onboarding and training programs to provide a more supportive and comprehensive experience for new employees. Our improved onboarding process for new starters began this month and so far the feedback received from our new colleagues has been very positive about their journey. We are sorry that you did not experience this improved onboarding process however you should have access to the LMS where you can book yourself onto any of the new training that you feel would benefit you in your role. There are plenty of current employees also taking part as these sessions are available to all.
We believe in fostering an environment of open communication, empathy, and support.
