Pros

LRG is a progressive and forward thinking organisation in everything they do (in my experience). Whether that be supporting initiatives relating to ESG, supporting staff, being at the forefront of technology, using top agencies and adopting leading prop-tech to support the business.

Cons

Like working for any UK wide company, you can't know everyone and keeping up with everything across the company can be tricky because there's always so much going on!
