Pros

Market leaders in most areas Reasonable pay Not hugely pressured Reasonable working house

Cons

-Too focused on acquiring estate agents when the current process is far from perfect. -Very little incentives/bonuses. -Pay structure is bad, push for ancillary products to be sold which reduces focus on being an agent and causes underhand tactics -Landlord experience is not good. -Back office process (accounts) extremely unorganized -Unrealistic OTE
