We're pleased you have the flexibility to work from work while working at Leaders Romans Group but disappointed to read your comments around pay, hours and work environment. We do regularly keep our pay and hours under review and in line with market benchmarking but I'll make sure your feedback is shared with our Senior Management team so they are aware.
