Pros

Constantly supported by the hierarchy and feel like a very valuable asset of the team and to the team which have been entrusted to me to manage. The company provide visible and clear direction to all staff, with a view and commitment to not only the industry but the environment and community.

Cons

the division between lettings and PMD causes some difficulty in consistency but generally not many cons.
