7yThank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are pleased that you recognise our commitment to promote from within and develop our valued employees. To reward all of our staff for all their contributions to our company we are also creating a benefits structure in line with their feedback from our annual survey which includes the new long service awards of 10 extra days holiday, holiday buying and carry over and refer a friend rewards to name a few. We can assure you that all LRG staff are recognised for their hard work and as such the benefits package is available to all.
With regards to support from Central functions, we can assure you that these teams are available to support you through direct phone lines which are always manned by members of the team and through enquiry inboxes. Supporting our branches is of upmost importance to us, therefore should you have a query or concern then please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help or point you in the right direction. Should you be unsure whom to report an issue to, you should also feel free to speak to your line manager in the first instance.
