Business Outlook
Pros
Our branch staff are great. Been here over 9 years so seen a lot of changes but for the most part we work well. No other pros I can think of.
Cons
Branch is in dire need of a refurb which has been talked about for many years but not carried out. Its an embarrassing office to work in as it is very very dated and tired and I don't feel proud of my workplace environment. Company does seem to be more interested in buying more branch stock and less and less concerned about the welfare of the staff over recent years. No staff perks or decent rewards. Long hours.
