      Pros

      Forward thinking company that have a good reputation in the rental market, a lot of the other staff are great to work with, plenty of staff opportunities.

      Cons

      A real lack of organisation, structure and care in any aspect apart from acquisitions, which seems to be all they care about, not their own existing staff, a real lack of support from management, leaving some employees doing more than one job and leaving them to do it for months on end, they don't seem to like paying people either, understaffed branches.
