Pros
Onboarding process is their best. Makes one think this is a great company to thrive and grow. Quite the opposite in fact. If you're intuitive, you'd sense that the company is similar to the canned messages copy+pasted in reviews. They can't afford to invest and follow the change of times (like the canned message that represents their company to investors and talents) why should they invest in you?
Cons
VERY visible culture of distrust and flamboyant egos vp bumps head with another coz they didn't hear the same thing from one or two or three men above. they now head to head during peak planning coz one from companyA and one from companyI and another from self-proclaimed greatness can't make ends meet leaving staff confused why lower ranks pay the price of huge egos and narcissism. one senior director can take over the whole team's morale because he can't stop talking about how awesome he is and really take over meetings with the intent to indirectly say "hey look at me, am the most intelligent person in the room, see, see, hear hear!" another self-proclaimed leader thinks by talking too much they can save the world and by throwing people under the bus they get extra brownie points for being cool. managers have no structure, relies on non-planning ability as their path to being GOAT. yeah, if the men on top don't do, why should you, right? they don't give you credit and throw shade because they need mo' sun.
