Cons
Poor event booking, constant change of policies and compensation, commission-based pay which can be very tough, lots of employee turnover, constantly competing with online ads from your own company (ie, selling to a customer face-to-face only for them to find a better discount code online and losing a sale/commission that you worked hard for), constant product change and regular product quality issues leaving customers dissatisfied, no long-term customer relationship building which causes customers to cancel accounts as soon as discount runs out.
