Pros
Most of the colleagues are nice
Cons
They best way I can think out to describe HelloFresh: Imagine a world where companies were run by a soulless AI programmed for ruthless business growth. Employees are seen an inconvenient yet necessary asset to cycle through all the phases that a growing company has to go through - the fastest way possible. Everything is part of a grand scheme and you have your part to play. Each month 20-30 new employees would join. Every 3 months something is restructured, you have to move your desk, you would be put in a new team or work on different things and your previous work would just go to waste. There would often be times (weeks and months) when you had to wait in line to go the toilet until the next new office expansion was complete. Faces and values are just a facade, nothing more than avatars and posters of HR buzzwords such as “challenge the status quo” slapped on the walls of an empty shell. All of which would be accompanied by human-like communication that somehow never really feels real. It seems surreal, but this is HF. Nonetheless, working at such a place can be an interesting experience, you can learn a lot, just be careful not to get caught up too much in the machinery and make sure you don’t stay too long.
