Pros
Pretty much just the benefits
Cons
It wasn't so bad when I started, but after a few weeks we had no in-house manager so the Denver manager started watching over us. He has zero management skills/experience, only cares about how well he does and doesn't want to help you or see you succeed, and literally bullies you if you aren't performing up to his standards. His so-called "training tips" are extremely subjective and gets mad if you don't pitch exactly how he tells you to. You drive nearly 30-45 minutes to each event and aren't compensated for driving (they will lie to you about this in the interview and say "it's possible"), the event coordinators have NO idea what they're doing and never schedule enough events for us or even properly coordinate with the sites and half the time the places don't even know we're coming that day. I have no idea why they're opening new offices for this brand ambassador program when half the offices don't even have managers or are established yet. There are so many growing pains and issues with this program that corporate turns its back to... Take my advice and run far FAR away from this job.
