Pros
A few coworkers are great to work with. Other regions outside of the US seem to be well organized; the teams are well established and more mature. Great international colleagues.
Cons
The organization lives in chaos. Leadership in the US is demeaning, vindictive, indecisive and irresponsible. Expenses are made on personal credit cards, but reimbursement takes many months. “Flexible working hours” means be available for calls and meetings at all times. No support is provided to do your job. No training is provided, unless you seek it out and beg for it. No proper onboarding is provided; you get 30 min from HR and 15 min from IT on day one and that is all. There is no introduction to software or systems used by the company. You are expected to figure out what to use and how by yourself. If you have questions, You are told to “just figure it out” by US leadership, there is no guidance or help provided. Current US management appears to have never managed or worked with a team before. Current US management trashes coworkers openly and privately. They either provide no clear direction on projects, or they change course dramatically at the last minute. Horrible work environment. Do not recommend.
