To ensure that every employee is on the same page regarding the company's news and goals, we’ve been hosting our monthly All Hands meeting, offering people from different departments to present their updates, passions, and goals. If you feel as though these meetings still do not provide you with the information you're looking for, we encourage you to reach out directly to your manager or our People Team with your questions and concerns. The People Team team is available every week during designated office hours to provide people with an easy way to have a face-to-face chat with someone from HR. Employees working remotely, who cannot go to the office to have face-to-face chat, can always reach out to our People Team to arrange a call or virtual meeting. The more details we get from our employees on what is missing, the faster and better we can implement feedback and improve the overall experience. We want you to know that your opinion is taken very seriously, and we're committed to fostering a workplace that supports both our employees' well-being and the company's growth.
