      Good job to get experience If you’re willing to be cross trained and learn new things at random then this is suitable for you

      Cons

      Management only cares for themselves and their best interests. Always changing up rules and regulations. Wants good quality merchandise put out but doesn’t let us hand pick all the good quality items.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
