      Open and friendly HR with lively co-workers that always had positive energy

      Cons

      Very poor communication with higher "rank" staff members and my hiring manager ended up leaving as well due to said issue

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
