      Managers are awesome and give a ton of support to teach you how to do your job.

      Shoplifters are a problem. Just make sure you're following the company policy on how to interact with them.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
