      Pros

      - able to work alone (if you don't like being in teams) - fast-paced, never a dull moment - managers were very understanding about hours

      Cons

      - a lot of employees only there to get checked-off for community service - not allowed to leave the facility for lunch - high turn around, always working with new people

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
