Pros
The programs are run excellently by front line staff, who genuinely care about the clients they serve and will bend over backwards to help.
Cons
It was like working for the trump administration; gossip, lies, backstabbing, blatant favoritism, constant confusion and chaos, CEO is either blind or complicit, constant turnover, constant pressure, toxic culture, no one who had been there over three months was not looking to get out.
