      Professional business with a little flair. Managers and Directors really believe in their employees. They give the employees the opportunity to advance throughout the organization. Training goes on all the time all over Austin.

      Pay is a challenge to those that depend on it.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
