Pros

Easy job, good hours for retail, medical benefits included

Cons

High management turnover, as a "manager" you actually don't manage anything. All decisions must be sent up to the area "manager" who either makes the decision for you, or speaks to their "manager" to have them make the decision. Essentially, you are just a glorified babysitter.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
