      able to move up quickly if you work hard and are ambitious, FELONY FRIENDLY - as long as you are honest and do not incur any more offenses you can move up into management

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
